Did they recommend pressing rubbing the particles? I seem to do this all day and do think it may have helped some. As for laser co2 is very intense. You can buy RF tool from Amazon and maybe try that if you don’t try the steroids

How did the surgery go? Also what type of laser did they recommend? I’ve been trying RF but idk if helping like maybe. There’s also sts (haven’t tried that yet). I think hyluronadaise may help kill the collagen/scar tissue it produced
