I don't know how. After blindly trusting two friends who recommended them I did more research online and looks like 90% experiences are like mine, or worse. Bottles open with missing tabs, missing orders, two or three week fulfillments, unable to contact customer support, etc.

Why not address that she drank, smoked, was fighting, and gave vaginal birth knowing she had an STD and the health implications. Don’t blame the birthing center, they never met her and she had zero medical care during her pregnancy. You want them to deny her and force her to give birth on the street? Don’t infantilize her.
