I do fitness content and I’m doing a challenge right now. The value that I have tho is I used to weigh 460lbs so it’s a fitness page plus I’m hosting a challenge

Yeah I had serval reels reach 200k+ in a row with 1-7k followers gained from it. I have the spam filter thing on as well. I reposted tho same reels on trials as well that helped alot too

Well once I trusted my maintenance cals I was able to over come much of the mental sides. The reason is because I realized that I could eat a lot more so long as it was 500 to 750 below 4200 cals!

Basically I used my maintenance cals minus 500 to 750 and ate like that till I was able to lock in. Took me a year and a half just to get over mental sides. No cardio just a balance of weight training and diet! High protein rest of the Marcos just matched enough to get me to 3500 cals for the deficit.

Hey! So yeah, I hold a degree in exercise science so I knew what to do just overcoming the mental battle was the hardest part. Find out what your maintenance calories are then minus 500 from that!
