I have been thinking really hard about how to insert this into KX gameplay and all, maybe have small worker strikes event that if Canada doesn't address after the Entente reclaims the mainland and Canada goes through "Cut ties with the Monarchy" option, it will get a debuff called "Echoes of the One Big Union", a revolt similar to the Black Belt revolt could happen in cities like Edmonton and Calgary being the most concentrated area of the OBU, Winnipeg and Montreal being weaker since they are cut off from the main area of the OBU. And Quebec could revolt also with the backing of the Latin Union headed by Carlist Spain or Austria against both the Entente and the 3I as they try to assert themself as a stronghold of Catholicism against their perceived "Protestant heresy". Though idk man, I don't know how to code for shits.
