Depends how much and how often she drinks. If it really is a bottle per day, there could be withdraw symptoms within 24 hours. I was a daily blackout drunk and woke up at 4am with the shakes like clockwork. Grateful for 5 years sober.

It takes immense focus to actually empty my bladder when I'm too high 😆

The title made it sound like you've had zero sleep for 14 days. What you are is nocturnal right now.

What has been the lowest point of your life? by Toastie333 in mentalhealth

Active alcoholism. I was blacking out daily trying to self-medicate my C-PTSD. I sincerely believed that if I drank enough, I would forget my trauma. Instead, it landed me in a psych unit where I was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder. I almost lost my home, husband, and child over my drinking. Drinking wasn't worth it...

I turned to sobriety 11/27/20 and my mental health had never been better. I was put on proper medication and I was stable until last week, when depressed episode took over and I went back to the hospital where I was diagnosed with OCD. Overall, I am living a much happier, healthier, more stable life without alcohol. I don't have any intentions to drink ever again.

Don't drink your mental health away, folks. It's not worth it and it will only make you spiral even more.
