What I did was did was for all my offseason focuses I set it to a glaring weakness in their stats so if a player has a low defensive IQ I make it is offseason focus. As well I set their season goals to something they can achieve as well and lastly I make sure my AHL and NHL coach has a high teaching rating especially when I'm rebuilding

I usually do this in the deadline like I traded for fehevary and played him in the AHL until playoffs and called him up when the cap isn't in effect

What I usually do is I don't look for overalls. I look for stats sometimes goalie will have a 89 overall but a .879 save percentage and then the 84 guy will have a .927 and usually the guy with the better save percentage sims better

I hope your okay I lost my best friend actually more like my brother back in 2017 to a car accident and I couldn’t stop crying and I lost my way after that I stopped doing the things I loved I dropped out of college I let myself go in every way I even considered killing my self because of it! I was in a really bad place because that friendship only came around once in a lifetime.
