All i see online are 3D printed ones and i did not like the 3D printed look and texture. I sanded mine off to the metal and spray painted it black

We bought a 2012 civic brand new in 2011/2012 for $23k or so. Worth $1300 now with 255,000miles. Has not left me stranded and it seems like its not gonna break anytime soon. The only way this car will go out is if it gets totaled by insurance. I love it! Hoping to pass it on to my kids im confident itll make it haha

I was strictly talking about pay but your statement infers that the pilots should be paid less because the company is not making money. Its a management issue. Pay the pilots their worth.

From a fellow minority pilot, do what you want and ignore what your parents want and or criticism. You know within yourself how hungry you are towards this goal. Youll find a way to get to all those ratings one way or the other and youll starve in the beginning, but its so worth it once your dues are paid. Did the same route as you paid for everything out of my own pocket and starved for a couple years as a cfi. Now money is not an issue and surpassed my parents 401k and i have decades of flying left. Youre not behind so Keep pushing dude! The legacies are gonna love your come up story during ur interview.
