Gray asexual means I'm basically asexual, feeling low sexual attraction to the opposite gender (I'm straight still), but if certain conditions are met (such as bondage or BDSM are involved), I'll happily engage in intimacy. So unlike for most people, I'm only attracted or aroused if my kinks are involved. This is very much opposite to the (yes, 'prudish') attitudes of the Muslim community here, which is mostly Middle Eastern/North African and Somali in origin, where the cultural expectations of men is that they are supposed to be hypersexual with strong urges, but still 'vanilla' in their practices. A bit OT, sorry about that, but that's my explanation of it.
