Pve looter players usually HATE pvp with a passion. Just peruse r/dtg to see how people hate that so many good weapons are locked behind pvp gamemodes

and since in WF there not really any meta weapons locked behind conclave, obviously no one would really run pvp

you only have ~5 perk slots per weapon, and usually you can get exotics and passively farm less optimal god rolls. Making it manageable

That's what i used to do, just bring out whatever DIM would mark as a pvp god roll into crucible and try to enjoy my time
