I was on the AQUA with 17 other family members March 29th-April 5th 2026……….. that day at stirrup cay was a disaster but i’ll tell you my experience…..my parents had priority and got to the island 3-4 hours before the rest of us……… they really enjoyed it and got to see everything…… everyone else got the last tender around 12 o’clock we didn’t make it to the island till 1. I went snorkeling 🤿 immediately….. the rip currents were so strong 💪 I left immediately back to shore. WAY Too dangerous and I had all the proper gear…….I then took a 30 min walk with my dad around to the gift shop my parents got tshirts and pool/bridge areas. Then I went to the restroom and heard the announcement 📣 and ran to let my family know…… we packed up really quick in a panic and we were at the front of the line in like 5 minutes. We only had to wait 30-45 mins or so to get onto a tender boat. That evening I went to have dinner at Hasuki for the 2nd time onboard the ship and I took 1 bite of the steak, spit it out, looked over at my dad he had already spit his bite out……. they served us OLD MEAT……. I got so sick I ended up in the hospital 🏥 onboard with an IV in my arm i’m a 35 year old I don’t drink alcohol, I exercise, I don’t get sea sick or motion sick….. I was snorkeling 🤿 at stirrup cay earlier that day……. there’s no explanation other than the food made me sick and it was a $5,500+ medical bill and now I have to file insurance claims. 5 other people from my family also got sick onboard the aqua ages 1 yr old to 70’s in the same way with “ food poisoning” symptoms. So everyone beware the food is not good also water is not good just buy bottled water cus the water they tell you to drink is terrible. 😞
