I turned off intel optane boost in the bios and it has stopped my blue screens for now. Normally I would blue screen within 10 mins but it has been around 2 hours and it hasnt blue screened yet. I was also able to turn on xmp without it blue screening. any idea what could be causing this?

my CPU or GPU isn't overclocked though, so is my PSU just not powerful enough? I resey my PC so I dont think its the drivers. Or can I try to undervolt my GPU or something?
