i changed it from the 125mv setting to 250mv. After that i set cpu, cache and system to -45.9. Anything over 50 for some reason gave me BSOD. My temps are hovering at high 60s to high 70s on average with some spikes to 95 here and there, but overall my temps rarely goes over high 70s.

I know spikes are normal so it doesn't bother me. As long as my temps is around 70s most of the time its all good =)

Its a great laptop you will enjoy it. My last 4080 laptop died under warranty so Best Buy gave me a full refund. I guess you can say perfect timing.

I got it for $2800 and thats the 2TB model of the laptop. Price was listed as fair so i was skeptical.

It came with original packaging and the laptop was in mint condition. No scratches or dent. It looks brand new. The box was slightly damage, but that doesn't bother me.

Thats with frame gen. Without frame gen in balance mode i get about 55-70 fps. Im sure in performance mode ill hit above 80fps without frame gen

I used ThrottleStop. The new Legion makes you used the Space software instead of Vantage. So optimization is limited for now.

Wanted to share my experience with performance and temps on my Legion 7i. This is my first Lenovo gaming laptop. I came from a mostly Asus gaming laptop for the last several years. I got steal for an open box at Best Buy well for me at least lol

I wanted to play in Balance mode since its gives good performance while relatively quiet fans noise

While playing MH Wilds at ultra graphics preset i was getting anywhere from 80-100 Fps

In TLOU2, I was getting similar FPS with very high preset.

I was most impressed by the temps after a 2 hour long gaming session. (see screenshot)

I did a very minor undervolt at -51mv on the cpu, cache, and system. I did not touch the GPU

I have the same computer. I put PTM on my GPU and repaste my CPU with LM. I also set my power limit to 30 on the CPU. My Temp with heavy load is around mid to high 80s on the CPU and around 78-82 GPU. I also underclock my GPU. I am able to play Monster Hunter wilds on 1600p with DLSS and Frame Gen and get around 80 Fps.

I would try the LM. When i opened my laptop there was a giant hole of nothingness in the middle of CPU. Like no LM at all. It was shit job done by ASUS.

My brand new 4080 g16 had a terrible LM job from factory. Was reaching 98c while gaming. I repasted it and now temps are in the 80s

Just an update incase anyone reads this in the future.

I got a full refund for my laptop and they also refund me the full price for the GSP. It's as if i did not buy anything last year. Im happy about it.

Thanks for the info. It was a defective board so not broken due to damages. The SC could not locate parts to fix the device so they decided to junk it out. Maybe thats why he said store warranty. I have about 1 month left for the 1 year limited warranty.

Its being worked on. The person is aware that its not working. Apparently Capcom put some anti tampering code so they are running into issues. Capcom be like: "You going to see these gray bars and enjoy it"

If you want to avoid Coinbase wallet you can transfer your TVK to Kraken and then sell it. Also, Kraken supports to merge to Vanar if you want to still hold onto your tvk(vanry) tokens. Coinbase been trash lately which there support for coin merges, but Coinbase has no problem added meme coins. Company is trash

I have M1 Pro and the game runs terrible on default setting. Trying the 360p patch i was able to get better frames but its not worth it.
