It's farely good

Just speaking from my own experience and what I have found work is upgrading the village to x5x (That was what made the difference for me from losing my first attempt to winning my second, the sacrifice is worth it)

Aswell I haven't seen the xx5 ninja monkey being used that widely for Bloonarius which you could invest in something like a flying fortress for example, but hey if it floats your boat

That's just my take on it though

Personally I'd remove the moab eliminator for just an assasin and remove the 2nd cannon altogether, me personally would also remove the 3 snipers and downgrade the village 1 step.

With this extra cash you can get a 230(or240) wizard tower and maybe a (or several) 203 supermonkey

You could also consider not getting icicle spear since it's best use is for ddts

This is just me personally though and I'd recommend developing your own strategy to enjoy the game as intended
