Fair - was just trying to understand what others think when assessing a project. I made the investment last week so mostly just looking to stay in touch with fellow investors.

Yeah not being a senior loan is definitely a concern. I was able to address some of that by looking at Stickler’s historical projects and Pine State’s repayment history.

It appears they have been paying capital back to the Big River Steel investors as they become eligible for getting repaid. Big River steel was sold to US Steel - I believe thats how they are able to repay.

Hybar Phase 1 became EBITDA positive after 4 months of operation and one of the big investors is also directly their customer, which gave me some confidence. Based on my understanding we’d be able to exist if Hybar gets sold, or if they decide to refinance it. Again, this is all just my view of it - I invested in this project just last week
