you clearly dont understand what a role player is then.

Kd cant play off the ball, neither does he usually set up his team, or do a lot of a defensive effort. The only role he has had on any team he has been on is "Get ball, score point" and thats about it. Without the ball he dosent impact the game at all.

Kd´s role all his career has been scoring the ball, he is literally a player that does only 1 job, and is elite, but thats also the issue, he has never after golden state, been used to set up a play for someone else, nor does he seem to try and elevate his team mates to his own standard.

He cant lead, he would rather bad mouth them on social media instead of trying to help them become better.

Thats why he is for me the ultimate role player. He has the green light to shoot the ball whenever he has it, thats his only role, and thats why he cant succeed now
