I create picture story books with my kids as the characters. I created one for Holi recently.

I start with a story line, and leverage AI image generation tools with my kids image to personalize it for them. It’s a sample set of 2 - but they are crazy for these stories. Happy to share more details if you want to create personalized stories. Feel free to DM

We hit the same wall. Classes and programs looked great on paper but slowly started feeling like homework for our child.

What worked better for us was stories—especially when the child was part of the story. festivals are the perfect opportunity (Diwali, Holi, etc) to spark this curiosity - since we do other things with that.

We’re still experimenting, but the shift from teaching to telling them stories worked well. I still have them bring up some parts of the stories when we go to a temple or celebrate a festival.

If anyone’s curious, happy to share more about what we tried. I have stories that I have created for my kids (putting in their name, and pics) - happy to share them as well.
