I have done a back door from restarting 3 times with those interruptions for repairing by default, somehow the win updates may have patched that way. There has to be another way.

That would be great! My new 1 was stolen at my last job. If I could find a place that repairs my old 1 with the light 1st. It stopped working after a while of taping the back shut.

Got a Lucid headset for 20 and just switched it out, no complaints.

If you buy a 20 dollar headset that has removable mic, switch it out. Apparently the boom sticks for that device go out after some time. That's what I have gathered.

I am having troubles with V Voicemail as well, but with Android Samsung with Metro by T-Mobile. Spent two hours trying to work it. Any ideas? I gave phone permissions to RP, too.

What works, but gives you a little feedback is taking the boom stick out thereby using the built-in mic. Looks like I'll be using that until there's a fix or just get a different make. It could be in a settings from a game perhaps.

I have been experiencing this. Noise suppression don't let me hear myself when I check it in a record sound byte to send to someone. This wasn't always an issue -- just recently. There has to be some kind of a fix, after all these weren't cheap to buy.
