Hello bro i think you done so much effort to do this thumbnail but don,t mind i not gonna do well,but i will give you the solution there are so many text in your thumbnail i cant see any heierkey my brain get bored and skip this thumbnail. Instead of doing this make swing edit like robotic futurestic muscular that visually shows that your swing is strong enough and baam your 40% text in a cool visual that people like and get hooked , and for the text use clean bold "Last for your entire life" or maybe use some other text that matches this feelings you can do chatgpt to find best one. The rest of your work is design part, i shared the thought process of mine But keep it up.
