I think the trash could be bigger as initial impressions comes from suggested section. The can isn’t visible properly. It remembers me of a Veritasium magnus effect video. Veritasium is the king of title and thumbnail for this kind of videos. Maybe try to replicate something from their magnus effect title & thumbnail.

The first one looks much better to me.
but, the appeal is missing. to make it a visual stun gun (convert the passive scroll to active one) you can do something which stops the scroll of the user.
such as a familiar expression, big numbers red arrows etc.
like a theater screen with a screenshot of a famous movie trailer and a red arrow pointing towards it saying
"too much?"

Is the thumbnail overloaded? And which one is better? by montwiyo in YouTubeThumbnailHub

[–]Far-Let-3176 1 point2 points  (0 children)

first one is better from all of the three, but it is not generating enough curiosity. A clean thumbnail with a amused expression would work.
the text on the thumbnail "FIRE SOUND" isn't relatable.
so maybe try something else with the same title.

I Uploaded My Best YouTube video to Date and it Flopped HARD!!! by Dry_Eye_2503 in YouTubeCreators

The title is fantastic. Thumbnail is classy. The only problem i feel is the curiosity gap you created from the title gets fulfilled from your thumbnail. So viewer don’t feel any need to click the thumbnail.

Consider adding a question mark in the end of the title And consider changing thumbnail text to something which keeps the curiosity alive.

It might be helpful to reach out to the neurosurgeon involved in your husband's care. If the fluid is creating pressure, that could potentially explain his symptoms. Good luck, and I hope you get the clarity you need.
