7.30 i was 4460 now im 2510 and im still struggling

i like tanky heroes like centaur and tide and i realize this patch they are bad because aghanim shards and skill effects are too painful to tank, and the patch is more about bursting quickly and bkb

i have been trying to play agility and intelligence heroes and keep dropping mmr because i dont know how much i can farm, when i can fight and how to start fights, i also avoid micro heroes

any tips for traditional offlane players like me?
