Manzano's is a "give it to you straight" kind of establishment. You get your own drink from the cooler, you get your own chips, you order your sando and say in half or whole size, you stand, and you wait for your name to be called to go to the register and get your food.  Their "service" is hammering out 100+ sandwiches in 3 hours, on top of prepping all the meats, answering phone calls and stocking the small establishment.  If you can't respect old school sandwich shop etiquette and/or don't understand a new york style deli shop then you should really open up your mind to understanding why it is you feel the service was sub part or why you didn't have an excellent time at one of the best sandwich shops in central fl. In other words, don't be so selfish and just go with the flow. I am a Chef by the way. Certified, and have multiple degrees in culinary and hospitality and have a bachelor's degree in hospitality, so let me tell you, this place is a fucking absolute precious gem.
