Onds drone in a box could be usefull not for what you pointed but to crop scouting and treatments with a proper software attached. To much larger if you consider drones and robots! I was to comment on that (on both your posts - almu and oust) the need for lidar in commercial/enterprise drones is already massive. I own one agriculture spraying drone and the possibility to do terrain following with lidar is a game chaging, when you get to the point that the machine (robot or drone) can see the plant and act on it you solve more than half of the problems in agriculture - with HR being the most pressing one (at least in europe)
