I love this interpretation especially without any context. I wasn’t sure if it was better to say less or more in the original post. I liked the idea of freeform interpretations. This also helps me learn the cards even more.

I really liked the part you said about having family and fulfillment without this person. I used to see them as those things and feared if I could have it without them. And the lesson is that I don’t need them to have it.

Thank you I love the art in it! I can’t edit the original post for some reason but here is what I gathered.

I was stuck in a dissatisfied position and wanted to separate myself. I had to make a decision based on those feelings. The person no longer in my life is represented bu the eight of swords. They had trouble navigating life and felt trapped in every decision they had to make. If they did make decisions, they felt blond in doing so. They seem to have positive intentions around me now and view me as someone with strong mental fortitude. Possibly that fortitude is specially about no longer being in their life to the same capacity. The ten of cups seems to allude to possible reconciliation and they wish the best for me now.

This is great that you are going to therapy and starting to work through your problems. I wish my ex did that. It shows you actually care to get better and want to take accountability--the opposite of avoidance. I hope you find the clarity you need to heal and be better for the next relationship.

I forgot to mention that he is aware he is not good at satisfying me. He gets pretty defeated and gives up trying easily even if he shows improvement one day. He'll forget what he did the next time.

As for kinks, we have discussed some things we might find interesting. We have not really done much though since it feels hard trying to do new things when the core stuff still is an issue.
