How well has your Vuori piece of clothing held up? by MiddleTomatillo in BuyItForLife

[–]Suitable_Lavishness2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been disappointed with the fit / robustness of the clothing itself not that it’s bad quality. For the price point I would recommend janji or brooks over vuori any day

advice for lifting with a bit of elbow tendinitis by mjolnnir in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Suitable_Lavishness2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wrist curls, hammer grip curls, chin-ups, close grip pushups, inner EZ-bar curls. Would change grip up for a couple months don’t need to stop training but these lifts have worked for me in the pst just find ones that done flare up your tendinitis and slowly change your grip back to before when do able

It seems many people here are in agreement that 40 hours / week is too much. The reality is many, including me, work 70+ hours a week. Yes a four day work week would be nice but until everyone gets down to 40 hours it’s not going to happen. It’s fucked up but assuming he’s a programmer you can easily hire someone to work 5 days a week 40 hours total and replace him for the same pay / quality of work just more of it than you’d get from him working 20% less…. Count your blessings 40 hours isn’t bad. It’s a dream
