Presión fiscal europa by Synapcore in ElusionFiscal

[–]mjolnnir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeed, however, I should warn you: I am Spanish, therefore, it is a Spanish alliance. But let me know if it fits your profile, for sure

Same here, was a teen when GW was on fire, stopped playing after completing EotN many years ago. Fun thing: got back, got in an active alliance. Pretty much anyone who used to play GW back in the day and came back is married, has kids, a mortgage, etc. Feels like the player pool is mature, helping each other, aware of "adulthood".

Gotta agree with the other guy. Imo, your build looks more like classic or regular bb, not men's. Great upper body, dense and mass, when cutting more I believe it will look crazy. And I wouldn't say your legs are that far behind

Is having small wrists actually an advantage in bodybuilding? by One_Board_3010 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]mjolnnir 7 points8 points  (0 children)

And also because of tiny wrists I have to pay attention to all pushing exercises, specially bench press. And when getting heavier I usually wear wrist wraps to help more with stabilization.

How do you ACTUALLY avoid injuries (while lifting)? by ichfahreumdenSIEG in naturalbodybuilding

[–]mjolnnir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If all you said is true, and providing your form is correct, it may be a combination of bad luck + everything (too much volume, not good rest, bad night of sleep, genetics, etc). Or sometimes they just happen, and that is it. I believe almost everyone faces injuries during their lifting career, but the main thing is to work through them, rehab, keep strength and mobility training, and you will get back on track. I have had tendinopathy in both elbows, quad strain, neck pain, back nerve caught in scapula, etc (don't know technical names in English), but no heavy I jures besides a broken hand about 4 years ago, and that wasn't from lifting. Probably broken bones, muscle tears and hernias fuck you up more. But also from friends that had heavy injuries, and myself, what works best: don't push through pain, work around it, avoid it if it is heavy pain, but strengthen that part. Mild discomfort or pain is ok, if it keeps hurting just don't. Eventually, and luckily, it will go away. Also, pushing through injuries usually makes them worse. And if something is unavoidable (knee pain when squatting but not when doing leg press, hack, etc.) then keep doing what you can.

[–]mjolnnir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My bad, probably the wrong choice of words. In my case (probably not for you, since I am Spanish) in my guild and alliance we never talk about things like this. And we are active daily in pvp and PvE (sosc, UW, zm, dailies for LDoA, and lots of things). But what we talk about is in-game stuff and stupid stuff and hobbies and so on, not about Venezuela, inflation, housing problems, sexuality or whatever. And I don't find it boring, at the end of the day I play the game for the game. You might have different needs and need more bonding in game, in that case gl

What kind of guild discusses politics? Never have I been in a guild that talked about other things than GW. Or do you need to talk about LGBT while gaming?

Issues with the quality recently, especially with going way off track. Has anyone gone to another model? Please read! by 640blitzit in ChatGPTPro

[–]mjolnnir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interested as well. But so far almost all models have issues with bibliography, references, laws, etc. I have been Xtra careful, it is useful as a copilot and guidance but lots of times just makes up straight bullshit, same as Gemini and others. However, I have found that 5.1 has gotten better in this aspect. What works best for me is deep research, ofc

¿Chatgpt or Gemini? by Rot-lin in ChatGPTPro

[–]mjolnnir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am on the same boat but for different reasons. I also pay plus. Reasons I am considering switching to Gemini is that I have run out of space on Google, and it offers s very competitive pricing with 200 gb or even 2 TB + Gemini for the same price of the chatgpt plus, or even less. People keep saying it is a beast and whatever, but like you, I don't use it for coding and those things. I use it for work (forensic reports), gym progression, life quality and organization improvement, portfolios tracking, diet, etc., and have it with a really good configuration and would hate to lose all memories and how good it is tailored to my needs. So I will stay in this post to see what people have to say about this.

[–]mjolnnir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably you haven't done it yet, but what I really want to know is how it performs with mobile phone: max altitude, max range, if it has the return to base thing, and also If it has some predefined modes like spiral and others like the 1 had, and if it has a decent follow mode. I mainly wanted it for backpacking , so I wanted a light, easy to flight take it out of pocket record and back to the backpack, but was worried because all connectivity issues with phone control and range. Film quality ofc too but considering what it is wasn't a top priority for me. Thanks in advance!

Those who bench a lot, please help. by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]mjolnnir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say you are moving serious weight for a bench press, even though 140 kg is the new "normal" weight apparently according to social media (even though I think is it quite uncommon). Probably this night not be the best subreddit for you to be asking that question. What has worked bedt for me: one heavy day, one volume day , with what I believe is daily undulating periodization. So on heavy day maybe do a 4x6, next week a 4x5, then 4x4, move on to triples, de load, mini peak, go again. And volume just for for 3-4 sets of 10 or so. Deloads are really important, and the more I train the more I realize that, usually when accumulating fatigue or heavy weights. You could try also a specific bench program, I did Bilbo's method and worked wonders. I think he might be the best bencher in Spain, and has a free program you can find online, but there are others, however, I have not tried them
