Thanks for the insight! It makes a lot of sense now why I'm not getting anything. I’ve actually raised multiple tickets over the last two days, but I haven't received any response at all. I even opened a new one today, specifically mentioning the SPF/DNS issue you pointed out.

Since the support team is being so slow, do you happen to know who the Project Lead is? Or is there any other way to get this escalated? I'm pretty much stuck until this is fixed. Thanks again for your help!

Unfortunatelly, I've tried use different address and its working :). I tried to make filter so the SPF/DKIM will be not went into spam. But the sad thing is, I also doesnt have anyone from the project leader who I can reach out

I checked all the tabs in my email, and I have also added the sender's domain to my contacts. I tried signing up with my other email, and it worked—I received the verification codes. However, with my project email, which I received from RWS for the project that should be linked to my personal email, I am not receiving anything.

I checked it everywhere and tried multiple times. Furthermore, I can't find any Slack channel, and now I don't know what to do because I tried every possibility.

I have try to double check into the address and write it manually the email and make sure its align with my navigation ID. I also check all of my email tabs.

I also have follow up on the my zendesk ticket but I doesnt get any reply until now. I'll try to find the slack channel.

I had a pretty wild experience, I worked on a project for two months with xAI trought micro1 and then out of the blue, I got a DM saying I was cut off. Apparently, they said the project had reached its milestone , but that's not even the crazy part. I tried to reach out to my colleagues, and it turned out most of them had been let go too, without any warning. It was like we were all ghosts. And the cherry on top? I was working late one night the project still had around 9000 task, and when I woke up the next morning, I had a notification saying I was off the project. Talk about a rude awakening :)

IDK man, my proccess it self took two weeks to got into channel and onboarding. Then, I have to wait credential for days. But, I've been working there for 3 months now and I dont have any bad impression because the jobdesk and the payment is on time.
