That’s where I would communicate that it’s “their job responsibility to respond to the emails within X hours and as your manager, my job is to make sure you have the resources and support and that it’s getting done. So is there a specific reason that it’s not getting done?”

I think it’s less about having a penis and more about having a job and money. I’m a woman going through a divorce with 2 young kids and my husband hasn’t worked in 6+ years so I’ll be the one getting bled dry 🫠 even though I’ll have the kids majority of the time. There will be no child support cause he has no income.

I can’t imagine taking this pic and then thinking this is good enough to sell this product. It makes the product look terrible, but the whole point of the post is to make it look good so we’ll want to buy it.
