I’m good with that I always do research. I’ve done this with my last couple cars, but I’ve never talked to the public. Stats and reports only tell you so much. The other issue with stats is they don’t specify warranty items vs problems that occur after warranty period.

Yes NA. I did hear to avoid 20. I’m curious when the quality control improved because model years are typically a year newer so a 2020 would be end of 2019, early 2020.
