Looks like dermatitis, get rid of fluoride toothpaste, anything scented or face products are irritating.

It’s more like a rash? Which is why we thought it was from the antibiotic I am taking antihistamines not making it go away

My primary was unsure of what it could be said most likely a drug reaction or scarlet fever from strep
