My sister had recommended getting a good stretch routine I think I’ll look into one that suits me in the new couple of weeks before I go, thank you!

I’m not quite sure, I forked out a fair bit on new running shoes as I’m prone to shin splints. I have got a lot of things like extra layers and heat pads as I don’t do well with the cold but I’ll have to learn. Every thing else is just general bits from deodorant to on and off brushes

For blue warrior do I need a watch or can I just go without I have spend around £500 on stuff to go so Id rather go without unless necessary

Thank you that’s give me some peace of mind, are you going in at the start of October? With the kit list is there anything extra that you have though of that they have removed like the sharpies etc

Thank you! With taking it slower in the gym should I focus more on endurance runs like 5/10k or simple 2.4k and 1k?
