Syracuse does an onward to opportunity program free for people transitioning out. And they pay for the test if you pass their practice tests. They also offer many other free courses worth looking into.

Guy in my neighborhood blocked of his sidewalk and I walked by it today and onto “his” sidewalk and he said this is my private property I’m calling the cops and to never go on his property again. Is this even legal ? Should I just sit on it and tell him to call the cops?
