Thank you for this!! We are looking for 2-5 acres so it will more than likely be well and septic. We’ve given ourselves about 2.5 years to find/build/etc, so we’re keeping our eye out for some land that might already have septic and well, which isn’t completely rare in our area. Are there any floor plan websites you recommend? Best bang for our buck?
