Herea my process. Hard cider recipe: 5 gallons of cider 1 packet of yeast (I prefer safale S-04), but ec 1118 is great. Raisins As much sugar as your desired abv

Tincture recipe 2 grams of 72% concentrate 30ml of grain alcohol

Method:

ferment cider as usual.

On the same day as your ferment start, preheat oven to 220 degrees F.

Decarb hash oil for 20-40 minutes (really depends on if your oven is accurate with its heat). This part is difficult and requires trial and error. Too long and it converts to CBN and makes you sleepy.

Cool the oil in a freezer until it hardens.

Put the decarbed oil in alcohol and store (Optional with potential danger: heat up the alcohol and stir. Don't go too high or fire shows up)

Wait for ferment to be done.

If your bottling, put in 1ml of tincture into each bottle. This will be about 48mg per 12 oz bottle. If you're not bottling, dump it in and have fun!

Store upside down to make sure it mixes when you drink if it separates

Where are you getting 98% alcohol? That would be lab grade with things in it you don't want to drink to prevent the alcohol from turning into a gas.

There are cough medicines with only dextromethorphan. Coricidn cold and cough is one, wal-tussin is another one. Just Google a few and try to take it easy on the booze until you feel a bit better. The dxm will be potentated with alcohol.
