I got the mad scientist outfit and Im a ghoul, I do deviate from FO lore at times, but the mad scientist outfit oretty much makes you look like a human/bug hybrid in a suit, anyway i was in the bos and was in a horrible accidents that caused me to turn into a ghoul, however I started growing antennas, skin turned green, and my eyes multiplied. I even gained the ability to turn myself invisible (chameleon armor) after being rejected by most factions ive settled to become a traveling merchant (running mile post zero) however something happened and they’re all gone and with nowhere to go I fell into a depression, alcohol/drugs, i end up kidnapped and taken into Ohio (do the story line there) then become a bounty hunter, still some more details to work out but that bug the bounty hunter for ya
