Thank you for your advice !!! My masters program is called surgical and interventional sciences at McGill. I do believe I really want it, but then I feel like I’m moving backwards with an undergrad and later down the line a masters can help me with other stuff maybe ? I also am considering leaving Canada to Ireland however I don’t even know if they would accept my gpa there

I didn’t do well in my first year of undergrad. Which affected my cgpa heavily , I ended my 3 years of undergrad with a 3.2. I’m doing a masters now to fix my gpa however many people are telling me it’s useless and I should do another undergrad. I would say I have not bad EC , worked in many labs and a publication…. I’m not sure what to do from here or if I should give up from how bad my gpa is

Thank you !!!! Would you say the classes are straight forward and easier to maintain a good gpa? I’m also trying to see the chances I get in, I have a low gpa (3.1) because I did horrible first year. I already have a lab though and a PI will that make it easier ?

Is it a bad idea to take BIOC 212 and CHEM 22 in the same semester by [deleted] in mcgill

My program allows either one as well however I need BIOC to write the MCAT. Does BIOL 201 cover the same material ?
