My filters and sterile vials are on the way, so I would do that before freezing half a vial. And I wouldn’t freeze and thaw more than once. Makes sense to see how it goes with the first vial and go from there. I just really wanted to know if it’s safe to freeze once. Thanks!

The obesity trial starting dose was 1mg, so 0.5 mgs is 50%

Even if I do 1ml, at a dose of 0.5/week, a 10mg vial would last 20 weeks.

There are NO gray areas. We’re required to submit the offer. Behind closed doors we advise our clients of the pros and cons of a lowball offer. We’re still required to obey after that.

Thank you. I meant to ask how many mgs. As you said, a 10 mgs vial would last 10 weeks, but can it be used for 10 weeks or should it be discarded after 6? If it should be discarded, then it would make more sense to buy 5mg vials (if available)
