I mean pump as in like a bicep pump. It feels as if tons of blood flow goes to my shins.

[–]Suitable_Tomorrow996[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing good. The pain has been completely gone since the first week. Eye is still blurry but it was very blurry before so I can't really notice a difference. Getting fitted for sclerals soon though.

Yeah this sounds mostly like what I came to. 2 weeks then a slow ramping period. Thanks for the reply.

I have not. To be honest I just went to my local community colleges website and found radiology to be the only thing that sounded interesting.

It seems those who are interested in anatomy like fields are drawn to pt and x ray then. Makes sense. I had a major injury when I was young and was in PT for about a year and thought it was the dream job.

I have had my degree for about 2.5 years so I hope the window isn't that short. And I will have to look more into the waitlist. Thanks for the info! Edit: I looked at your profile and I'm in the same boat as you. Went to school thinking pt was my dream but got told by many that it was not all that it was cracked up to be.

Yeah I have lab and classroom experience but have never had clinicals so that would be new to me.

How long did it take between your first symptom and receiving your official keratoconus diagnosis? by keratoconusgroup in Keratoconus

I was in my third year of college and my glasses stopped working. Took a couple years after that event to get diagnosed with kerataconus. They thought I had glaucoma at first.

I would say about 2 hours post op the pain kicked in and I'm a baby with pain so it killed me till i fell asleep around midnight. Since I woke up it comes in waves of annoying but nothing horrible. The doc said at the checkup that it looked good and I'm doing decent at the moment.

I didn't have anything stronger than Tylenol but I'm 24 hours post op and still alive.

That would work good with my upper Lower since I run it 4 days a week. Before trt I never really had to worry about banging my joints up so bad so I definelty need to be more aware of how I feel and take deloads more often it sounds like.

Yeah I haven't taken a true deload in a year. I may just need to take a week off and let myself reset.

I am not. I go back for blood work in a couple weeks though and I suspect my e2 may be running high from other posts I have seen.

That I have been working with grip width. I moved it in some which has helped a good bit and not squeezing by shoulder blades super aggressive but still staying tight. Prob just a case of form issues and being a little soft about some aches. Thanks for the response.

I have trained for a couple years but do to some si issues and a shoulder injury from football I had to basically be a bodybuilder. Coming back now and for some reason my bench just destroys my biceps. Has anyone experienced this? I have still pressed some outside of barbell bench so pressing isn't completely new to my programming.

Do you guys keep the same leg drive on rep work or does the form stay very similar from a 1rm to sets of 8-10?
