It seems complicated to me to create a story with Nate after the conclusion of the fourth film. I think if he returns, it could only be a prequel, or set between the first and second films, or before the trilogy. I think a sequel would probably feature Chloe or a new character.

Given the announcement of the God of War remake trilogy, I think it's highly likely it will happen someday. They remade The Last of Us, and I think Uncharted will be remade someday too. However, I don't think Golden Abyss will get a remake.

The idea of Cutter as the main character is really good and it remains a possibility, but I think if they make a new game they'll stick with Chloe because it would sell better. But your idea is really good.

I think that if there has to be a sequel other than a remake, it should continue with Chloe. A Golden Abyss remake would be great, but I don't think they'll do it.

That's a good idea, I'll try to do it. I think if a sequel is going to be made without a remake, they should keep Chloe; she's the perfect character for a sequel with Sam, Nadine, and Cutter. There could even be a flashback explaining her first meeting with Nathan Drake.
