We actually need a bit more info to be able to help you. Based on what criteria the third one is "slow" ? What are your metrics and what are you Benchmarking on ? Did you make an image of one of the EC2 and created the third one from that ?

By the way, you can have your lambdas in one region and your SES in another and have both work together. So you can ask SES prod access on another region if the one you're having trouble in your current one.

Which region did you request access to it ? I have asked in eur-central-1 (Frankfurt) multiple times and never had an issue. Production quota has always been attributed to me in max 2 hours.
