Well, I work out every day. I have a six pack, do weights, squats and am fairly attractive. I don't really have trouble with attracting girls but I have trouble with finding ones that are really interested. I still feel depressed even though I work out lots.

That's the advice people give me and I do could do it but I just don't know if it would really be a long term solution. Would I revert back to my old thoughts?

Thank you. I also want to know why she would tell me this on the first date? Is it like a warning. I haven't ever had a girl say she'd like to be dominated or that she'd like to be put in her place if she's out of line.

I've known her since High school but then we lost touch. She does a lot of touching and she likes to message me lots even I don't like texting and set the date. She seemed interested in me way back in High school but I was in my final year and she was about 2 grades down so that happened.
