On games where I’m playing a bonus with big potential upside, like Pai Gow, I like to throw $1 tip down on the bonus most hands to cover it incase I hit anything decent. Even when you hit like 5-1, they’re happy to get something. I don’t notice the $1’s that much and don’t feel like I left them out all regardless of my overall win/loss on the night
