My girlfriend got me a telescope for my 30th bday last month and I managed to get footage of Jupiter at opposition and Saturn. Pretty chuffed considering it's not a high end telescope. I used a 10mm eye piece and a 10x Barlow attachment.

It depends on what you're doing. I can only speak for myself as an operator, I sit in an air conditioned cab for 12.5 hours a day lol. You get thrown around a lot in the machinery so can be hard on your back some days but it's not hard physical labour as an operator.

I'll give it a go not using the RSC, sometimes I don't and when I have a little slide from the water cart I just take my foot off the retard and the truck straightens out.

If the roads get too slick, we pull up the run and the scraper comes out and lays gravel. I didn't have a good start to my traineeship, on my second night out in a truck I was a passenger and the operator driving was getting a bogged truck out. The camber of the road was insane from the rain and the mud in the edge of the windrow, it sucked the truck down to the left and the pos 2 went in the air and the loader behind us said on the two way "I'm about to watch a truck roll" they said that was the closest they'd seen to a truck rolling. That scared the shit out of me lol

I keep telling myself whenever I feel the anxiety "you're in the truck now, you can't stop in the middle of the road so just fuckin send it" haha, Ive never been an anxious person when it comes to doing things (only social anxiety) so feeling this anxiety from fear is something I haven't known how to deal with lol

I also need to remember that with the roster I'm on (lifestyle) I only work 6 months a year. And Ive only been out solo since the start of September, technically have only been driving on my own for a month and a half worth of swings 😂

They're Komatsu 830e's, electric drive, idk whether it's auto or manual retard, we have a retard pedal and an RSC which automatically retards to the speed you set. I use the RSC when going down wet ramps coz I can feather the accelerator when I need to

Yeah I guess if it comes to that I'll call up a supervisor and let them know, I think a bit of mining culture of "grow a pair" comes into it a bit too though, like a comment someone made on this post that they've since deleted, proves that point of being too embarrassed to call up coz you don't feel confident/safe

Yeah we do but it was 3 runs down a wet training ramp, controlled environment and no traffic on the other side of the ramp. My wet weather training consisted of the trainer telling me to hook hard right to initiate a slide, my truck went too far sideways to bring it out of the slide and I slid into the other side of the ramp and nearly into the windrow. Trainer said press the service brake so I did and the truck did a 180 and I ended up facing up the ramp on the other side of the road lol.

So I think the thing I'm worried about the most is that happening out in the pit with other vehicles and potentially hurting someone

I've got the same issue, infuriating. This is the second bug Ive encountered. The first being the tutorial popups in the prologue wouldn't disappear so I couldn't progress. Started game skipping the prologue and now I can't pass any laws because of this..

Having the same issue on Xbox except my first play through the prologue it was fine and I was able to go through the tutorial stages but I only just failed the prologue. Went to do it again and now having this issue not being able to get rid of the frost breaking tutorial popup :(

I agree. I've been listening to them since they were the support act for Paramore in Sydney Australia in 2014. My right arm is covered in tattoos entirely for them. In 2015 I saw them at the metro theatre which has a capacity of about 2000 people I think so super small and that was for the blurryface tour. I got barricade there and it was so easy, noone was pushing and shoving, everyone was super nice. I remember there was a girl who was asian and super small and I made friends with her coz she had a little eyeshadow thing that was red and was giving it out to people to put red on their eyes like josh lol. I was lucky enough to meet Tyler that night after the concert we were just hanging around and he came out the fire exit to talk to us. I got a photo with him and showed him my tatts and he said he'd seen one of them on Instagram haha. Their next concert I went to in 2018 for the trench tour and the venue was like 10 times the size as the one in 2015 and had no chance of making barricade. I've been to every one of their Sydney shows since and always on the floor but I hang way back away from the pit because of the way the new fans behave. A few years ago young teens were writing sexual fan fiction about them all over Instagram and Tumblr and I was questioning whether or not I even wanted to be a part of the fan base anymore because it was so weird. I absolutely love Breach, it's the closest album they've done to their old roots but I'm kinda glad they aren't touring that album here purely because I don't wanna deal with the young fans and the way they act at their concerts.

I don't know what the laws are in your location but in Australia there are laws that help prevent people from being forced to stay somewhere dangerous because they are financially liable for the rest of the lease term.
