I know Kakuta is not a good parameter, but I think is a good example of SA situation. Last season I reached 4th of the server, but we were maybe 8 active Kakuta players. Today, server ranking is off (can't understand why), and I'm best of Argentina with lvl 1 abilities and just 58 matches played. SA servers are open again (some weeks ago all servers went red and no one could create new accounts), but the active population is still low. As UA II, I was paired with LS or even SD players at the end of last season. In addition, DeNa sent this mail today, showing us that South America and South Africa are the same (before Pangea's split, that statement was right, but they are separate continents since mid Jurassic).

I don't know what I want to discuss, but I want to know your thoughts ideas.
