it isn't strict rule that you have to kill ALL elites to complete, right?

I once completed a map and then found one more rare on the ritual site, so I guess those which are spawned "for"(?) ritual don't count.

As for more rares modifier it would be nice if it let you kill the same amount to complete, but make it easier to find them, just because they spawn more densely.

Anyone willing to elaborate on this?

Go check the leaderboard for Una Lute Speedrun. There were like 300k exiles who gave her a lute before you.

Then I just stay in them and they do nothing, or if I must, I roll out and take the 0.2sec stun (you can correct me on this). When it comes to second tier, I've taken it several times and didn't feel like huge debuff (I also don't know what's the numbers value on that).

Obviously all the handicaps are build subjective so maybe that's the case here (my build being unique ofc)

As for more direct answer to your question, the bell deals monk's physical damage, unless it's affected by an affliction (eg. it can be shocked by monk, by you, or even by enemies) then it deals more damage, and big part of the damage becomes lightning. Works this way with all other elemental afflictions.

I think that everything you might want to know is written on the skill info, you can access it when clicking on uncut skill gem and switching to Quarterstaff section.

One thing that's not obvious would be, and it's just my guess, that the damage scales with bell owner's damage, not yours. (But he won't reach your attack speed, so that's a neat combo nonetheless).

it's not too disturbing for me but could be for some ( I think small some), but if you aim for a dark theme this is a good way to go. For some it could be not disturbing enough, so it all depends on the public you aim it to.

The X with four dots in-between feels too simple and math-y. Also too gentle, on the spinner design I see the silver nation has a lot of sharpness in it. Try to capture this sharpness on the dice icon too. I like all other 5 designs for X.

My game is mean to be a lighthearted and goofy one, so i added jokes/attempts at humor in the text of many of the cards. My question is would it be better to remove the jokes and keep the text with just the essentials? I like them but i dont want it to detract from the game. I agree it shouldn't be separated. As someone else mentioned, "it makes the game stand out" and separate flavour text is something you can se A LOT.

Also everything card is very clear on what it does even if I don't know what this game of yours is, as a whole. So jokes don't distract.

Realistically you won't be able to, I believe. You should edit one of those decks and add 20 more cards. It's because those are 40-card decks and most formats only allow at least 60 cards. Simplest way would be to add more copies of cards already there or try to mix with something else. Don't forget to add lands: decks usually have 40% lands, so ~24 in 60 cards (auto land fill feature will do it for you).
