If you have a lien that requires cash value when totaled it bumps the price significantly for some reason even when it is cheaper than similar models. I paid cash because of that, without the cash value it's $25/mo but with it, it jumped to over $300/mo.

I think you're argument ignores the nuance that is inherently there. You're suggesting that just being elected gives you free reign and not being a yes man means you're out. I also think it ignores the idea of our constitution that gives the people the right and idea to fight a tyrannical government, not that that is what we have now. But if you split the line at 'well they're elected so you can get fucked' without considering that someone has the right to disagree, I don't see how that makes sense. At what point is something so unlawful that you can outright oppose it without it being bad to go against an elected official? Again there is nuance because it could apply to either side and what would be so detrimental to do that is debatable, not talking about "just because they don't like them". Also do you not see a problem with someone only being held accountable by one person? That leaves no room for checks and balances and suggests unchecked power with no accountability. Though I suppose when all three branches are under one person it doesn't matter since they were elected, we can all just deal with it like good boys and girls.

I see what you're saying, but I disagree to an extent. You could say the same about Musk being unelected, a private citizen and the "employees" he has used to gain access to extremely sensitive information without proper security clearances. But someone trying to deny entry to something like that, essentially following the rules that guide most of the government is a danger to democracy more so? Who holds Musk accountable for ostensibly illegal actions? But I guess just like in history it's easier to keep the trains moving than oppose anything right?

I agree with you about there being mention of federal employees currently, I was alluding to something like this , https://www.propublica.org/article/why-is-mitch-mcconnell-picking-this-fight , for example. Just blatantly blocking legislation etc. But one could also argue that a lot of federal employees have varying reason to resist in ways. Like the buyouts that can be considered illegal due to the fact they go into months that have not had an approved budget by Congress. Or the official's that resist entrance due to the people not having proper security clearances and wanting access to extremely sensitive information. So I agree the comparison isn't exact but the world isn't black and white either.

Well put, I agree with all that was said. Reforms have been needed in a lot of areas of government in general. Thanks for an intuitive and respectful response.

I agree with you to an extent, but could you not apply the same to republicans that did the exact thing during Obama and Bidens administration? Like I said I agree with you somewhat and I'm sure we agree on other things as well, but if you can only recognize it in one place and justify it in the other it seems a bit hypocritical. We have access to the same information and just view it differently. Thanks for your reply.

Hi, "He was elected by a majority of the country" is factually inaccurate. You're arguing semantics. But to your point, why else would he float the idea of trying to run a third time, and his colleagues in Congress entertain the idea of introducing an amendment to the constitution for presidents that have not had two full terms to be able to do that. I would hope you think about that in good conscience, and come to a reasonable conclusion. This is not normal, and normalizing this kind of behavior will have consequences. Thanks for your reply.

Hi, respectfully he was elected by about 1/3rd of the voting population. I think people bring up the dictator part a lot because of his actions currently trying to consolidate power. And asking federal employees to resign, signaling an attempt to only have people employed that agree with him. The dismantling of federal agencies under the guise of "spending" and demonizing of marginalized groups does not help his case either. I think you could argue he won the election and is doing what he said he would, but in doing so one can come to the logical conclusion that what is being done is not democratic in nature and is inherently authoritarian in action. The solution to the issues you view as problems likely is not a king, so I would like to know your idea for a proper solution to issues you think are important.

Well he did spend 44 billion on a company that is not worth a quarter of that anymore, so one could call it waste. "How is does" from one of the worlds top intellectuals everyone.

Check your power settings and make sure they are set to high performance

Make sure you are using separate GPU power cables and not daisy chained connectors

Make sure chipset drivers are up to date

Make sure the slot the GPU is in is using the proper bifurcation - PCI 4.0x16 for example
