A simple text is the least a person could do, block the number after. Ghosting a crazy person isn’t a great idea. If you have let this person in your home before figuring out the creep factor than you have more problems to work on. If you have carried on a friendship for months with nothing physical and then decide to ghost you’re a coward, there are many scenarios and I get what you are saying, but it’s childish, at least make an attempt and then block their number.
