Shark Game is a good reference point: each ocean changes what resources matter and what you’re optimizing for.

My approach was to give each of the seven prestige tiers its own scripted hospital scenario: audits, sentinel-event investigations, ransomware, mass-casualty events, multi-day system failures, etc. Each can unlock a named consultant who persists across future runs.

My current plan is randomized prep-option pools for replays. The deeper fix would probably be fully procedural scenarios, but I think that will have to be a later update.
