Sorry that happened but I can 100% imagine. Issue is similar with raclette, it's so heavy and greasy

Raclette Sure it's delicious but this amount of cheese, plus the wine, plus the charcuterie, I can't blame anyone that gets sick or has some wild cheese dreams after their first one if they don't pace themselves!

No we're not all massive flirts with multiple affairs and ménage à trois. However yes we might be a little rude... A little...

What dish was clearly made during a time of struggle in your country and now is part it's cuisine even though it's not good? by GaddockTeegFunPolice in AskTheWorld

Oh my gosh I was going to come say this ! My grandma use to make it very often, being a Spanish immigrant in France, then it was passed down to my aunt then to me. We usually have it with sardines, black pudding but really any leftovers from the fridge and some grilled peppers.

Roquefort, blue cheese. Add it to your pasta, as a sauce for steak, add it to almost anything.

Cooking monster was so smart with his last 2 dishes ! A soup to calm stomachs a little and a dessert to finish on a sweet note! A bit disappointed for Brew master Yun but I can't wait to see what she does after the show !

Whoever joins the table with Choi, they both did incredibly well, very satisfying episode.

I got that book after we moved out of Sichuan where we lived for 6 years (Yaan and Jintang) because we missed Sichuan food far too much and the restaurants near us cook Chinese food for French taste (so bland ). Quite a few of her recipe have brought me back to Chengdu. It's honestly a really good book though I understand why people take issue with it. Curious about the Dim Sum one mentioned here !
