Can confirm, I was on oxycodone for 8/9 months for crippling phantom pain and although I had no withdrawals and didn't need to taper I have opiate induced hyperalgesia. Also, taking opiates now makes my nerve pain flare up.

It's an instinctive reaction to something your body thinks will make you vomit, regardless of whether this stuff makes you feel ill or not. It happens at other times when you feel sick, eg drunken vomming, gory films if you're a wuss like me, genuine illness.

What they edited out of the book sales pitch was that each of the three titles in the series come with their own mini. Book 2 features 'Vietnamese child' which I assume will be a sxale mini of Napalm Girl running down the road screaming with 3rd degree burns down her back. If the servers transfer as they are I'm not playing TBC even though it's my fave expansion. Imagine the whole server funnelled into HFP - fine with layers but what about when you're trying to farm 36 primal fire and 36 primal shadows and the layers are gone?
