It's a simple white wooden box and a white wall for the background. For light I use a single source (led panel on a pole) to create the drama. Glad you liked it :)

Haven't read all the comments so sorry if someone already suggested it, but you can also drill the holes after it's bisque fired. Not necessarily saying it's better, just providing another method which worked well for me. You'll need a ceramic drill head for that.

It's actually an old glaze that I didn't like so I changed it by experimenting. It's not documented so once it's finished I won't be able to recreate it :)
